Sales Manager Job at Paymentology

Paymentology is seeking for a Sales Manager or Sales Executive based in Dubai with experience in supporting a global company. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director for MEA, this role will be responsible for driving business growth while mentoring the sales team.

Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities :

As a Sales Manger at Paymentolory you will perform the following duties\
  • Develop the overall sales and business development plans to increase service penetration and boost margins and volumes.
  • Build sales strategies using local market expertise to maximise go-to-market resources and execute key opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for identifying and pursuing new business prospects.
  • Work closely with the Regional Director to target key markets and prospects.
  • Develop an annual sales pipeline with prospects and targets.
  • Generate metrics and sales insights from trend, pipeline, and segmentation analysis to drive better business outcomes.
  • Diagnose prospect needs and advise on the appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Own the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Nurture and manage regional pipeline opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and finance teams as needed.
  • Take responsibility for sales tasks, including client contract signature.
  • :Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Grow Paymentology’s customer base in the region.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Required qualifications and experience to get hired at Paymentolory as a Sales Manager
  • 8+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, and partnerships in the Middle East.
  • Knowledge of the cards and payments industry, and the issuing industry in particular.
  • Strong network with fintechs, digital players, and banks, with experience negotiating at the C-level.
  • Skilled in creating dashboards and delivering actionable insights for management and sales teams.
  • A hands-on leader with a balance of strategic planning and execution.
  • Proven track record in managing and driving sales teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a creative problem-solving approach and high energy.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
